Two brothers vision came to fruition with this single vineyard winery from the bench of Silverado, Napa California. This is Ellman Family Vineyards.

They join the two brothers in cuisine, Chef Dalton Wilson and DW Proprietor Bryce Krausman, for a 6 course wine dinner on Wednesday, September 28th.

First visiting Ellman back in April 2022, DW's team was impressed with the story as well as with the wines.  We are thrilled to assist in Ellman carving its name into the Las Vegas market as this night will launch Ellman's placement in the valley.
