Chef Dalton Wilson & Proprietor Bryce Krausman

Imagine turning to your best friend and saying "Let's open a restaurant!"  That's exactly what founding chef Dalton Wilson said to his best friend (now of 25 years) Bryce Krausman.  The two embarked nearly 15 years ago to create what is now, the toast of brunch DW Bistro in the southwest part of Las Vegas.  Pictured here, is the culinary duo - this picture was taken the night before the pair opened their first location in April 2010.

Having succeeded despite the oddities of the restaurant business, we find ourselves at the end of their 15 year run at The Gramercy.  "It's not forever, its for now," as Bryce oftens says.
